Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was conducted on March 23, 2022. There were 4 children present, ranging in ages from 2 months to 8 years with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 6 household member/staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
