Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on August 22, 2022. There were 5 children present, with 2caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed.

The provider did not have a written emergency preparedness plan that included emergency evacuation, emergency relocation and shelter in place procedures. One that addresses most likely to occur scenarios including severe storms, tornadoes, loss of utilities' and who is in charge during such events.
