2Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. The swinging doors to the kitchen in which are accessible hazardous substances do not have a means to make the kitchen inaccessible to the children when no one is in the kitchen.
Sliding bolts were installed on the doors to the kitchen however they were installed on the wrong side of the doors. Maintenance was contacted during the inspection to return and install the bolts on the correct side of the doors to ensure that children cannot access the potentially hazardous substances in the kitchen..
