Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 05/04/2022 from 9:30 A.M.-10:45 A.M. All outdoor areas and buildings were toured. Some items observed/reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent arrival and pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first -aid kit, emergency supplies, three agent background checks, medication storage, snack and meals, handwashing, pool use, and vehicle requirements. A recommendation will be made for the program to switch back to a Short Term Child Day Center license. There were no violations noted during the inspection.
