Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was initiated on 08/02/2022 and concluded on 08/02/2022. According to the provider, no children under the age of 13 have yet been enrolled or in care. There were no children under the age of 13 present. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Provider was reminded that the home is to be set up and ready as if children are currently in care. Diaper changing facilities were not yet set up

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requriements. No violations were issued.
