Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on February 24, 2026,in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 10, 2026 relating to allegations of supervision. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
