Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted October 18, 2023, approximately 12:25 pm to 1:45 pm. There were 66 children directly supervised by 18 staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 9 children?s records, and evacuation drills were inspected.
Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, indoor play, and eating lunch (soup, pineapples, pita bread and milk). Diapering and hand-washing procedures were also observed.
There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
