During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
A monitoring non-mandated inspection was conducted on October 4, 2024 to examine the area(s) of noncompliance identified in the Intensive Plan of Correction. The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to (areas listed in the IPOC). The on-site inspection began at 12:20 pm and ended at 1:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 115 children present and staff. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site on October 4, 2024. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations, of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
