Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 2/15/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 4 children, ranging in age from 13 months to 3 years, were present with the provider. The children were engaged in the following: participating in a fire drill, playing outside, riding bikes, playing with Legos, listening to story time, and washing hands to prepare for lunch. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 3 children?s records and 1 staff record, and 1 household member record were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
