The center shall establish and implement procedures for appropriate supervision of all children in care, including daily intake and dismissal procedures to ensure safety of children. Multiple staff report that while they understood program policy for supervising children in care requires 3 staff present at all times, these same staff indicate that on more than one occasion Staff A was alone caring for Child #1 at the end of the day. Staff expressed some concerns regarding programming developed and implemented in the camp by Staff A.
