Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on January 14, 2026 and completed on January 15, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 13, 2026 relating to allegations of parental involvement and preventing the spread of disease. The inspector reviewed one children?s records and one staff record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
