Inspector Notes
An announced code compliance inspection was conducted Tuesday, November 1, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00am until 12:00pm. There were nine children present, ranging in ages from two years to four years, with three staff supervising.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children records and five staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were issued to the program.
