Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring was conducted on October 21, 2022 from approximately 2:10 pm- 3:35pm. There were 33 children present upon arrival with 7 staff members. Additional administrative staff were present. Children were observed participating in freely playing, nap time and waking up from nap time , observe transitoning from classrooms and children pick up procedures. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
Staff #1 and Staff #2 (employment date 09/06/2022) did not have central registry findings within 30days of employment. Center director did not have documentation of follow up on central registry .
