Inspector Notes

A self reported incident was received by the licensing office on Monday, June 24, 2024 regarding allegations in the areas of Forbidden Actions. A joint investigation with two local government agencies was initiated and concluded on July 2, 2024.

The Center's video recordings were observed and staff and children records were reviewed in response to the allegations.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support non-compliance with standards or law; therefore, the allegations are not valid.
