A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff who work directly with children shall, in addition to preservice and orientation training required, annually attend at least 16 hours of training and staff development activities to include the department's health and safety update course.
Staff #2 did not complete the department's health and safety update course. The department's health and safety update course has to be completed annually. Documentation of the last completed health and safety update training was completed on 09/28/2023. Staff #2 has been employed for over two years.
