Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 14, 2023 between 10:30am and 11:30am. There are 2 children enrolled in the direct care of 1 provider. Child records, provider records, household records, pet records, the physical space, emergency drills, attendance records, the flashlight and emergency radio were reviewed and inspected. 2Evidence: The current license had a minimum age of 16 months and the provider had a child enrolled that is 8 months old.
Evidence: Child #2 record states that the child has an allergy, but there is not instructions for what action to take in case of emergency.
