Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted March 13 2024 between 10:15am and 11:15am. There was one child in the direct care of the provider. The child was observed dancing, singing along with a television program, and playing. Household records, the provider record, the child record, emergency supplies, evacuation drills, trainings, and the physical plant was reviewed and inspected.
