Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 9 2024 between 11:45am and 12:30pm. There was 1 child in the direct care of the provider. Previous citations have been corrected. Child was observed eating lunch and watching a educational program. Child record, staff record, household record, and trainings were observed and inspected.
