Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was completed today. This was completed as new operating facility.
The LI met with the two Site Directors and Director of Curriculum Instruction.
The physical plant, 5 staff files, fire and health inspection, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected. There is currently 2 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training). There were no children enrolled at the facility at this time.
