Inspector Notes
The purpose of today?s visit was to conduct a 60-day visit for the conditional license. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a staff member. Licensing observed the attendance record. The center is currently using one classroom for enrolled children. The children were observed transition from handwashing to lunch. Staff were engaged and interactive with the children. Staff provided assistance to the children when needed.
Limited licensing requirements were monitored during the inspection. The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
