Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:40 am to 11:25 am. There were 5 children (13 points) in care of the provider. The children were observed arriving to the home and playing with home living toys. 4 children's records, 1 provider's record, 2 household member's records, emergency drill record and attendance record were reviewed. There were no children with medications or diagnosed food allergies on site.
