Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was conducted on 7/29/24. The on-site inspection began at 10:30 am and ended at 11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 5 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 11. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record and 1 household member's record. This inspection included:
? document review (attendance, emergency drill logs, trainings and certifications, chimney inspection, pet vaccination record)
? tour of the family day home,
? observations including outdoor play, handwashing and free play indoors.
