Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 04/10/2022. The inspector was on site at the family day home from approximately 10:40am to 12:25pm. There were 7 children in attendance and a total of 1 caregiver present. Interviews were held with the caregiver throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children when appropriate. The yard and all areas of the home used by the children were inspected today. One caregiver/household member record and four children?s records were reviewed during this inspection. There was one violation found during today?s inspection. See the violation notice for more details. A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
