Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 03/25/2025 and completed on 03/25/2025. The on-site inspection began at 1:11pm and ended at 2:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were seven children present and one caregiver; the point total was 16. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and one caregiver record on-site. This inspection included document review, and tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
