Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted with the Director of Children?s Ministry on June 1, 2022 beginning at 9:50 AM and ending at 12:20 PM. There were no children present at the center during the initial inspection. Four classrooms were inspected and measured. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The policies and procedures were reviewed and in compliance. Not all of the areas of the standards were able to be inspected as there are no children enrolled in the program at this time.
