Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on August 28, 2023 beginning at 9:56am and ending at 11:44am. There were 5 children, ages 3 and 4 years old, in the care of 2 direct care staff. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent health inspection was dated 8/3/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 08/14/2023. Not all the standards were able to be assessed during this inspection as the facility has recently reopened.
