Inspector Notes

An unannounced, renewal inspection was completed on November 4, 2024. The inspection began at 8:23 a.m. and ended at 10:13 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. The center is required to ensure that hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

In the bears classroom, there were bottles of cleaning supplies in a unlocked cabinet above the counter.
