Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted on August 8, 2022 beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 2:15 p.m. with the provider. There were no children in care during the inspection. Areas of the home including child care areas were observed including supplies and materials intended to be used for the requested age range of birth to 12 years old. The outdoor play area was observed. There is a complete first aid kit, a battery operated flashlight and battery operated radio available.

The LI reviewed the following documentation: one provider record, two household member records, three pet records (dogs) and one child's record. Each was in compliance.
Policies were reviewed. Posted information was reviewed and discussed.

Provider training was reviewed. The provider is not currently Medication Administration Training (MAT) certified and cannot administer medication to children in care.
