Violations
3Evidence:
1. In the living room area, the pass-through from the kitchen was filled with items including a charging station that was plugged in and had five charging cords dangling from the pass-through area near the couch which was accessible to children and created an entanglement and shock hazard.
2. In the play room area, there were large cube organizing bins, a plastic tote and two small metal storage racks stored on top of the cube organizer that were filled with a variety of materials including heavy blocks and books that could be a crush hazard.
