Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 12, 2023, from 9:51am to 11:00am with the provider. There were two children, ages 10 months and 2 years old, were in the care of 1 caregiver for a total of 6 points. The children were observed playing with toys in the daycare area and outside. Three children?s records were reviewed. The provider?s record and two household member?s record were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 9/25/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 9/25/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/25/2023.
