An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on September 23, 2024 The on-site inspection began at 8:25 a.m. and ended at 9:05 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were three children present and one caregiver; the point total was ten. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 1 caregiver/household member record. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
