Standard 8VAC20-800-330-A
Based on observation and interview, the provider failed to ensure that a landline telephone shall be available, operable, and accessible during the family day home's hours of operation.

Evidence:
1. There was no landline telephone installed in the home at the time of the inspection.
2. The provider verified that there was not a landline currently installed in the home.
Plan of Correction: The provider just moved to the new location and is working on getting a landline installed. There are cell phones available for use during the hours of operation.
