Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted on May 12, 2022. The physical space, emergency procedures, emergency supplies, menu, materials and supplies, policies and procedures and the playground were inspected. All rooms were measured. There were 2 staff records and no children records to review. Violations observed during the inspection can be viewed on the violation page. Evidence
