An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was completed on July 18, 2024, as a part of probation licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:45am and ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 71 children present and 17 staff. This inspection included document review of daily attendance, and a tour of the facility.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, potentially hazardous substances were not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevented access by children.
Evidence
Detergent pods in the original container with a loose lid, were located on top of the washing machine, making them accessible to children. The door to the laundry room was open and unlocked.
