An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 04/28/2025 and completed on 04/28/2025. The Department entered into a Consent Agreement with the facility on April 15, 2025.
The on-site inspection began at 11:15AM and ended at 12:30PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 83 children present and 18 staff directly supervising. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
