An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 14, 2025 and concluded on November 25, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on September 19, 2025 relating to allegations of infant room care. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interview.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
