Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider was caring for one child, equaling 4 points. The child was observed playing with toys, interacting with the provider, and preparing for lunch. This child's lunch is provided by the parent and brought from home.
The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of the physical plant, programming, child nutrition, caregiver training, emergency preparedness, and administrative records.
