Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:09am-9:50am with the provider on site. There were 4 children in care (15 points) with 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children's files and 2 caregiver/household files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: playing with toys and sitting in bouncy seats. The site was clean and organized. Interactions between the children and the caregiver were positive. The physical space, attendance records, drill record, first aid kit, flashlight and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and return it to the department within 5 business days from receipt. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Please do not use caregiver names; list caregivers by positions only.
Any plans of correction not received within 5 business days will result in the plans not appearing on the Violation Notice and public website.

Based on observation, the provider did not have a working battery operated weather band
radio and extra batteries.
