Inspector Notes

An in-person Initial inspection was conducted today.
Rooms were measured to calculate a capacity, 8 staff files were reviewed and the playground measured. See violation notice for non-compliance.
There is an ample supply of toys, games and age appropriate equipment available for the age range requested.

Based on a review of records, staff records do not contain documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening submitted at the time of employment and prior to coming into contact with children.
Evidence:
The TB results on file are dated 6/7/2022. The date of employment is documented as 6/6/22.
