Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection. 3 child and one staff records were reviewed today. all were complete.
Children were observed playing with a wide variety of toys and games, participating in a craft project, and resting quietly during the inspection. Emergency evacuation drills, injury reports, attendance and crib spacing are all in compliance.
There are 2 new play areas and a new fence on the facility grounds. The play areas will be measured at the next inspection to be added to the case record. This will not change the facility capacity. Based on a review of medications, one prescription medication is not labeled with the child' name, the name of the medication, the dosage amount and the time or times to be given.
Evidence:
One child's prescription medication is not in a container with the label showing the child's name, name of the medication, dosage and time to be administered. (Child 1)
Plan of Correction: I will reach out to the parent today to obtain he original container.
