Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
3 child and 2 staff records were reviewed. See violation notice for non-compliance cited.

Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, first aid/CPR certifications, first aid supplies, menu, diapering ad bathroom supplies were all in compliance.
Children were observed during diapering, washing hands, eating snack, playing outdoors on the playground, and completing a painting project.
