Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Children were observed playing on the playground, during a diaper change, preparing for rest time and playing with a variety of age appropriate toys.
The menu, first aid and emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, cot spacing, top and bottom covers for rest were all in compliance.
2 staff and 4 child records were reviewed. All were complete.

Child #1's Epi-pen was not in the original container, with a label attached.
