Inspector Notes

An announced initial monitoring inspection was conducted on site on 5/18/2022. The inspector arrived at 8: 00 AM and departed at 8:30 A.M. There were no children in care. Measurements and a facility tour was conducted.
The CO allows for 99 capacity amount for the measurements will be 70 children plus staff. There is sufficient number of toilet and sinks. Verification of a qualified program director. All classroom will have exits out to a gates area.
