Inspector Notes
An unannounced Code Compliance inspection was conducted with the Director on 5/25/23 from 12:30 - 1:15 pm. There were 26 children present, ranging in age from infants to five years of age, supervised by five staff. The children were observed napping and/or resting. Disclosure documents were reviewed along with two staff and two child records.
