Thank you for your assistance during this announced initial inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on May 24, 2022 from 10:30 am through 11:25 am. The family day home was toured and all areas used for child care were observed. Some items reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, first aid kit , emergency supplies, materials/toys for children and the record for the provider and one household member.
No violations were found during this initial inspection.
