Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on August 23, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 6 children, ages 13 months through 4, in the care of the provider. Four children records were reviewed and updated along with the providers record. No medication is being administered at this time. No violations were found during this inspection.
