Inspector Notes

Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 31, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.

This on-site visit was conducted from 1:30 p.m. through 2:30 p.m. There were six children in the care of the provider for a total of thirteen points. Two children records and the record for the provider were reviewed.

A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
