Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the provider. There were four children in care ages 16 months through 3 years old and two resident children for a total of 14 points. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed. Children were observed during nap time. Outdoor childcare areas were observed.
The weekly menu was posted and up to date. Four children's records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
