Inspector Notes

An unannounced non mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/19/2022. There were 23 children, ages 5 months -4 years, and 8 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: arrival, snack, free choice activities, and outside time. A total of 3 children?s and 3 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector arrived at 9 AM and departed at 10:45 AM
