Inspector Notes

An unannounced Monitor Inspection was conducted on June 1, 2023. Upon arrival at 11:30 AM, there were a total of 29 children under the care of 6 staff present during the inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 children records and 3 staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection, the Licensee failed to maintain a written record of daily attendance for each group of children.

EVIDENCE:
Written attendance for the 2 year old classroom was not maintained for Wednesday May 31st.
